 Appointment Policies

  • We require a valid credit card on file to hold all appointments.

  • Appointments canceled within 48-hours notice of scheduled time will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost. Appointment no-shows will be charged a 100% fee of the service cost. As a courtesy, you are automatically signed up for text and email notifications and we will send you a text and email reminder four days before your appointment.

  • If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment please call us at 919-556-2592 as the online option will become unavailable. Our voicemail line is monitered on Sundays and Mondays. If you need to leave a voicemail please give as much detail as possible for the cancellation. We do not accept emails as a method of canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours.

  • Appointments booked within 48 hours are still subject to our cancellation policy.

  • Multiple cancellations or no-shows in a row may result in a referral to another salon.

  • Late arrivals will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service including our hourly services.

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all first time color services. Cancellation of your appointment without rescheduling will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

  • Please arrive at your appointment in good health. If you are exhibiting symptoms of any illness you will be asked to leave for the safety of our staff and other guests.

  • We do not tolerate disrespect of our space, employees and other guests. Obscene or harassing language, hate speech, threats and slurs are not welcome here.

Payment Policies

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit, Cash and Apple/Google Pay. American Express is accepted with a $5 processing fee. At this time we do not accept checks.

  • We offer Vagaro Pay Later as an interest free payment plan for services. We do not accept Vagaro Pay Later as a method for first time color appointment deposits.

  • We use Vagaro for payment processing and to retain our client files. You can view Vagaroโ€™s privacy policies and PCI compliance notes here.
